UpsideYou start high, so minimal elevation gain. Not bad in the summer, even the 2.5km along the old road is pleasant. Ridge rambling is always nice. DownsideNo soaring granite peaks in this view, just rolling high hills posing as mountains. CommentLots of deadfall - easy enough to circumnavigate that it entails an adventure rather than frustration, but I get the impression this one isn't summer maintained.
