The Bigelow Range is a spectacular set of mountians in upstate Maine. The trail undulates along the foothills with excellent views of Cranberry, The Horns, West, and Avery Peaks. Both a snowmobile trail and a nicely groomed ski trail it basically circumnavigates the range with many offshoot hikes up, over and along the range.

Directions:

With many access points the trail is easy to get to from many areas. A few miles before Stratton there's a trail head on the right off of Carrabassett Drive (16/27).
