The trail starts at the little red information center and goes left or right. Right will bring you to an old mill, which, is pretty neat (but a real short walk). Left brings you into a parking lot of a health care facility (pass it going straight to across the street). The trail is along the Blackstone River and has a decent amount of wildlife to observe (beavers, swans, ducks, ect). Mntn bikers are welcome and sometimes you will see someone on a pony for a short ride.
146S to 116E. At stop sign after 116 exit, take a left. Stay straight until you reach another stop sign and take another left. Follow this until your first light and take a right. Go through the stop sign. You will go down a fairly steep turn and see a small medical center on your right. Before the medical center turn right. You will see a small red building which is the Blackstone River Heritage information center.
