This short little hike to Mossy Cave is a nice quiet walk to a waterfall and a cave (not allowed to go in the cave though). Roundtrip distance is 1.3 kms and takes about 1 hour. Overall the hike is nice but nothing special if you are just coming from Bryce.

From the parking lot pick up the well marked trail and follow it beside the stream. In a little while you will come to the waterfall. Once done snapping a couple of shots head over to see the cave. At the cave you can read the sign but aren’t supposed to head inside.

Directions:

From Bryce follow highway 12 east towards the town of Tropic. At mile marker 17 park on the right hand side in a small parking lot.
