The Rail Trail is a brand new Blue trail cut using NTC grant money, by the late, great, Whistler trail builder Duncan MacKenzie, and the volunteers of Princeton.

It starts at the new Reuben Jones warming hut and winds and loops through cutblocks, and second growth for 6km, ending at a beach.

The first section is a fun singletrack ride, and warms you up for the second section, which is steeper with berm after berm.
The third section is 100m to the right along the Coalmont road..and drops to White Sands Beach.

Accessed from the China Ridge Trail network, this trail can be ridden as an loop (The Chugger) from Princeton..returning on the KVR.

This trail also links in with the Parker trail.
